Youth & Young Adults Ascending to Self-Reliance,
One Flow at a Time
We create a community based in opportunities, lifted by hope and expression,
to support individualized paths into wellness.
Ascending Flow empowers youth & young adults by providing opportunities to work with mentors with lived experience. Our safe environment and trusted connections allow the development of transferable life skills through goal-oriented music, art, and self-expression.
